Diane is in charge of the strategy and business development for the Americas, as well as the opening of new operations sites in the region. With over 15 years of experience in sales, procurement, and marketing, Diane brings her vision both strategic and operational, assisting TDCX to penetrate new markets, establish its brand, and build robust partnerships in the region. With a winning business mindset and a passion for customer experience, Diane drives the organisation growth with greater impact across the Americas. Diane previously held roles in the BPO, hotels, and luxury industries, and managed multicultural teams in Europe, Asia and America. Diane is a Certified Purchasing Professional by the American Purchasing Society.
