Bagging Illustrious Awards in Leadership, Recruitment and Employer Branding

At the HR Fest Awards 2019 TDCX was awarded as the “Cornerstone Best C-Suite Leader”, and at the World HRD Congress they won the “Malaysia’s Best Employer Brand Award”. They also walked away with the “The Best Graduate Recruiter of the Year (Individual Category) – Bronze Award” by Asia Recruitment Award.

It is a magnificent achievement for the CEO of TDCX – Laurent Junique – who emerged on top and received the “Cornerstone Best C-Suite Leader”, surpassing four other finalists, at the inaugural HR Fest Awards 2019. The award recognises the outstanding achievements of C-Level Executives for championing HR strategies, initiatives and innovation across Singapore and SEA.

Laurent won the award for his accomplishments as an exceptional leader who has shown a proven track record of success in “supporting HR and driving, from the top, talent development and retention strategies that focus on all employees based on the organisation’s priorities, directives and their expected place in the process”.

Prior to receiving this accolade, Laurent was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2018 in the category for Outsourced Solutions.


At the recent World HRD Congress, TDCX Malaysia won “Malaysia’s Best Employer Brand Award” for the second year in a row. This award marked another momentous achievement for TDCX as it has proven itself as an organisation that has effectively used marketing communications to attract, retain and develop talents.


Additionally, TDCX Malaysia’s talent acquisition team celebrated Ivy Ng Tze Hui’s Bronze Award for “The Best Graduate Recruiter of the Year (Individual Category)” in the 5th Asia Recruitment Awards held at The Westin KL on April 25th. The award recognises individuals who have added value to their organisations and employers who actively develop their employees. Ivy’s achievement is a testament to TDCX’s commitment to continually improve its team members and striving to create a thriving work environment.
