The beginning of the year proved to be an excellent start for TDCX’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Having partnered with 16 different institutions and helped more than 10,000 beneficiaries, TDCX is off to a good start in 2022 with the positive influence it is imparting to the society. TDCX’s approach to CSR is guided by the advocacies of #BeHappier, #BeKinder, and #BeGreener. These campaigns lead and inspire our people to support causes and promote initiatives they are passionate about. With #BeHappier, we aim to empower our people by investing in their development and wellness. #BeKinder strives to uplift communities by giving back and helping provide relief. Meanwhile, we promote sustainability with #BeGreener by demonstrating environmental responsibility and positive change.

Supporting and strengthening communities 

The #BeKinder programs demonstrated remarkable progress during the year’s first quarter by supporting various communities around our TDCX campuses. TDCX Thailand raised funds to donate toys for children, provide toiletries and essentials for women in rehabilitation institutions, and deliver medical equipment for elephants being cared for in animal sanctuaries. Meanwhile, TDCX Spain lent a hand by providing food for animals in shelters. In Manila and Cebu, TDCX employees provided holiday packages to underprivileged communities, and raised funds through a partnership with the Philippine Red Cross for selected beneficiaries.

Inspiring our people one celebration at a time

In our quest to achieve and promote a positive impact for transformation, the #BeHappier initiatives continue to encourage our employees through various events that focus on growth and learning. TDCX campuses around the world celebrated International Women’s Day by conducting informative campaigns and interactive programs, such as online conferences, and trivia and quiz games that highlighted how to break the biases against women. These campaigns keep our employees feeling safe and empowered as we strive to maintain workplaces for diversity and equality.

A steady path toward greener goals

TDCX’s #BeGreener endeavors remain committed to championing social responsibility through environmental conservation and promoting sustainability towards a greener future. TDCX Philippines conducted several programs focusing on hygiene and sanitation, water conservation, and Earth Hour awareness, some of which were done in partnership with UNICEF and the Philippine Eagle Foundation.
