In Q3 of 2022, TDCX campuses across the globe continued to dedicate their time and efforts towards CSR initiatives focused on our advocacies to #BeHappier, #BeKinder, and #BeGreener. We have successfully achieved a sense of commitment to upholding human and environmental rights as we participated in activities on social responsibility. TDCX employees worldwide contributed almost 600 manhours to CSR programs to aid more than 2,000 beneficiaries. Our TDCX campus in the Philippines gathered more than 2,000 donation items for various non-profit organizations, while TDCX Thailand collected more than USD 1,000 in monetary donations. These efforts were only some of 10 CSR projects implemented.
Compassion for communities
TDCX Singapore kicked off the quarter with a donation drive in partnership with the Singapore Red Cross. Meanwhile in Thailand, TDCX organized several programs to help communities all over the country, starting with TDCX for a Full Dish, a donation drive of food and other essentials for the dogs of the Baan Sukjai Animal Shelter. They also launched the TDCX Bright for Blind, a campaign to donate necessities to the blind children of the Foundation of the Blind under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen. Lastly, our campus in Thailand also started the TDCX weekly CSR Workshop – Books for Kids. In the Philippines, TDCX conducted volunteer immersion and outreach activities spearheaded by various account teams. Through a partnership with World Vision, TDCX donated electronic gadgets for use in online learning, including iPads, portable Wi-Fi devices, and external hard drives, for the benefit of several elementary schools and nonprofit educational organizations.
Going blue to go greener
In line with the #BeGreener initiative to promote sustainability and efficient use of our resources, TDCX Singapore started the donation drive entitled “Save Blue, Live Green,” which aims to benefit the group Waterways Watch Society. The proceeds from the Save Blue, Live Green program will help the organization’s volunteers as they conduct environmental patrols and clean-ups around the Marina Reservoir.
A celebration of culture
As we continue to practice our #BeHappier mindset to empower our employees through recognition of individuality and initiatives towards wellness and safety, TDCX China set up the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Xi’an MCK Project Opening.
