TDCX’s Response to COVID-19

At TDCX, we are more determined than ever to engage better during this challenging time. We are doing our part by ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, enabling our clients to run their business without disruption, as well as helping our communities emerge stronger from this crisis.

Some of our safeguards and initiatives over the past few months include:

  • Implemented safety measures at all workspaces

  • Moved over 2,500 people to their homes in less than 48 hours
  • Renewed security and data protection for 100% of our home agents
  • Remotely hired and onboarded more than 500 new staff

April

  • Launched our [email protected] webinar to share our business continuity insights
  • Tailored our Wellness programmes for every country
  • Launched e-learning with attendance of 2,000+ staff

May

  • Initiated our CSR program #PriorityHiring for the jobless community

We stand with those affected by the crisis and will continue to use our resources to address their needs. For now, we are focusing on making a small difference each day — tirelessly and with hope — because we are in this together.
