Joyce has 15+ years of compliance experience in global banks and financial institutions. Her expertise lies in developing comprehensive business ethics and compliance framework and policies; implementing effective compliance monitoring systems; and conducting compliance training programs across various topics such as anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, prevention of insider dealing, sanctions, business conduct and ethics, and AML client risk management. She has collaborated with cross-functional teams at TDCX to establish integrity, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive sustainable and ethical practices.
