Lim Poh Huat

Lim Poh Huat serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TDCX Group. Poh Huat leads TDCX’s Finance organization, encompassing CFO Office, financial reporting, the Controller organization, business and strategic financial planning, treasury, procurement, shared services, and corporate strategy.  

Poh Huat joined TDCX in August 2023 as the Vice President of Finance and Strategy, playing a pivotal role in shaping the Future of Finance and initiating an enterprise wide transformation of the ERP system.

Prior to TDCX, Poh Huat held the position of Head of FP&A and Commercial Finance at SEEK Ltd (an ASX public listed company), overseeing operations across six markets in Asia.

Poh Huat also spent a significant and rewarding tenure at General Electric, where his final senior assignment was as the Commercial Operations General Manager for Healthcare China, based in Shanghai. With global assignments spanning North America, Asia, and Europe, Poh Huat has accumulated over 17 years of experience at GE in diverse senior finance, sales, and operations roles within the energy, healthcare, aviation, and capital businesses.

Prior to his tenure at GE, Poh Huat was with Deloitte as a Management Consultant specializing in organizational restructuring.

Poh Huat holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham, Malaysia. He resides in Kuala Lumpur with his wife and three children.
