Terms of Use

Use of FLASH Hire facility to apply for employment in a company in the TDCX Group, including companies in the Group that do not have the term “TDCX” in their names ("TDCX") is subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully. By using FLASH Hire, you accept and agree to the Terms. Please do not use FLASH Hire if you object to or disagree with any Term.

  1. Modification of Terms
    1. TDCX may, at its sole discretion, modify or replace these Terms at any time without notice.

  2. Privacy and Personal Data
    1. You accept and agree to FLASH Hire Privacy Policy that is accessible through this link.

    2. FLASH Hire uses automatic decision-making to assess the results of the online assessment which shortlisted candidates undertake. Please do not click on the accept box above unless you expressly consent to be assessed in this way.

    3. If you consent, TDCX will retain your personal data for five years from the date that TDCX receives the data, after which the data will be erased.

  3. Cookies
    1. TDCX uses cookies to enhance your use of FLASH Hire and to collect data on the use of FLASH Hire. You may decline cookies by changing the settings on your browser.]

  4. ID and Password
    1. If you register on FLASH Hire, you agree to keep your FLASH Hire user ID and password confidential. TDCX will not be responsible if a third party uses your FLASH Hire user ID and password for any purpose.

  5. Third Party Websites
    1. FLASH Hire may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by TDCX. TDCX disclaims responsibility for the content, privacy policies and practices of any third party website.

    2. TDCX is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any third party website.

  6. Misuse of Website
    1. TDCX will report any misuse of FLASH Hire to the authorities. Such misuse includes but is not limited to hacking, abuse, defamation, harassment, intimidation, threats, uploading of materials that pertain to politics, religion, ethnicity, terrorism, obscenity and other offensive content.

    2. You agree that you will not do any of the following acts:

      1. Publish FLASH Hire material in any media.

      2. Sell, sublicense and/or otherwise commercialize any FLASH Hire material.

      3. Use FLASH Hire in any way that is, or may be, damaging to TDCX.

      4. Use FLASH Hire contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to any person or business entity.

      5. Engage in data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to FLASH Hire.

      6. Use FLASH Hire to engage in advertising or marketing.

      7. Upload content to FLASH Hire that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person.

  7. No Warranty
    1. FLASH Hire is provided “as is”. TDCX makes no express or implied representation or warranty of any kind on FLASH Hire or the materials contained in FLASH Hire.

  8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
    1. TDCX or any of its officers, directors and employees, will not be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of FLASH Hire.

    2. TDCX, including its officers, directors and employees, will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of FLASH Hire.

    3. You hereby indemnify TDCX from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms or your use of FLASH Hire.

  9. No Legal Advice
    1. TDCX does not purport to provide legal advice. You use FLASH Hire at your own risk. TDCX disclaims all responsibility and liability for the materials on FLASH Hire.

    2. You agree that you should obtain independent legal advice on your use of FLASH Hire.

  10. Contra Proferentum
    1. Any rule of construction that a document will be construed against the drafting party, including without limitation, the doctrine commonly known as contra proferentem, will not apply to these Terms.

  11. Third Party Rights
    1. A person who is not a registered user of FLASH Hire has no right to enjoy the benefits of FLASH Hire.

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    1. The laws of Singapore will govern this Agreement.

    2. In case of a dispute pertaining to the use of FLASH Hire, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction.

  13. Entire Agreement
    1. These Terms, including the Privacy Policy and any legal notices and disclaimers on FLASH Hire, constitute the entire terms of use of FLASH Hire.

  14. Notices
    1. Notices and communications on these Terms will be sent by email to TDCX at [email protected].
