Meera Karmakar

Meera is a member and admitted as a Singapore advocate and solicitor and of the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the In House Competition Lawyers’ Association. Following pupillage in a Singapore law firm, she joined SATS, and then Singapore Airlines Limited. As in-house counsel, she has worked with counsels in over 30 countries on transactional, contentious, regulatory, and criminal matters involving IP, competition/anti-trust, real property, employment, corporations, divestment, powers of attorney, data protection, IT, and procurement of goods and services. She has also served as company secretary of several subsidiaries of Singapore Airlines Limited.
