November 15, 2024, Singapore — TDCX, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) company providing omnichannel, multilingual, and intelligent customer experience solutions, has been recognized as one of the best employers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region for 2025 by the Financial Times (FT). The award, launched jointly by the Financial Times and Statista, marks its inaugural edition and recognizes TDCX's steadfast commitment to creating an exceptional work environment for its employees.
TDCX's outstanding workplace practices have earned widespread industry recognition, with over 550 awards to date. These include certification from Great Place To Work® and the Employee Experience Awards (EXA) from Human Resources Online.
Ms. Angie Tay, Group Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, stated, "Employee engagement has always been a core driver of TDCX's operations. We firmly believe that building a positive, inspiring, and welcoming culture fosters a sense of belonging and motivates employees to perform at their best every day. This award from the Financial Times reaffirms our commitment to cultivating a deeply engaged culture characterized by open communication mechanisms and structured career development paths. I sincerely thank all TDCX colleagues for their trust and support, and we will continue to seek new breakthroughs for employee development."
In its employee value proposition, TDCX highly values employee well-being, professional growth, and career development. TDCX offers a range of initiatives covering mentoring, leadership development, and career coaching. The company's early investments in technology have laid a solid foundation for an inspiring and efficient production culture. Taking TDCX's self-developed, AI-powered FLASH suite as an example, this suite, as a comprehensive tool for human capital and experience management, enables TDCX to continuously gain in-depth insights into the emotional state of employees, thereby more accurately grasping and meeting their needs.
These initiatives have enabled TDCX to maintain a consistently high level of employee engagement. In the past two years, the company's internal employee sentiment surveys (i.e., FLASH Pulse) conducted for employees in the Asia-Pacific region have shown that employee engagement scores have exceeded 75%.
The 2025 Best Employers in Asia-Pacific selection process included a survey of company employees, asking them whether they would recommend their company to others and asking them to rate the company based on criteria such as salary, talent development, and working conditions. The selection process is divided into two stages: first, candidate companies are nominated by readers of the Financial Times, followed by a qualification review of the nominated companies. In the second stage, employees of the nominated companies will complete an independent survey, rating their own company and other companies based on their own experiences.
