TDCX Malaysia Sweeps 17 Awards at the 18th CCAM Annual Awards 2017

MALAYSIA – TDCX made waves at the 18th Malaysian Contact Centre Awards 2017 by winning 17 corporate and individual industry awards.

TDCX Malaysia is moving the industry benchmark of excellence higher as we continue the ambitious journey of being the “Best Provider of Customised Solutions”. Competing against insourced and outsourced contact centres in the country, it won 8 corporate awards; Gold for the Best Customer Relation Management Implementation, Silver for the Best Innovative Technology/Adoption Award - Open, Silver for the Best Contact Centre Recruitment & Retention Programme - Open, Silver for the Best Outsourced Contact Centre Under 100 Seats, another Silver for the Best Outsourced Contact Centre above 100 Seats, Bronze for both the Best New Contact Centre and Best Video of A Contact Centre. We also took home the Merit award for the Best Outsourced Contact Centre Under 100 Seats.

The CCAM awards also recognised distinct individuals who are successful in delivering effective customer engagements while showcasing innovation, high business impact and driving revenue and customer satisfaction. TDCX bagged 9 individual awards; Gold for the Best Head of Contact Centre went to Khirul Nizam Bin Mohd Muklas, Gold for The Best Contact Centre Support Professional Trainer went to Samir Das, the Best Contact Centre Professional above 100 Seats Silver award went to Roeybi Arnold Yabi, the Best Contact Centre Professional above 100 Seats Bronze award went to Mirna Samantha Gussman and the Best Contact Centre Manager Above 100 Seats Bronze award went to Lim Say Je.

Arvilla Damasyani received a Merit award for the Best Contact Centre Team Leader - Open, Mahendhran A/L Parumal Sivam received his Merit award for the Contact Centre Manager Under 100 Seats, Lee Chin Woon received a Merit award for the Best Contact Centre Support Professional IT Infrastructure Specialist and Kindy Yong Sook Yee received her Merit award for the Best Contact Centre Support Professional Human Resource.

The CCAM’s glitter themed event was a gathering of leaders from the various contact centres in Malaysia. The objective of the awards is to reward and recognise the top contact centre organisations and personnel for their contributions to the industry. Each year, the awards also identify efforts of customer-centric organisations which demonstrate the best practices in resource management and strategy implementation to cater to the needs of customers and clients.
