TDCX Singapore Wins Gold Again for Best Outsourced Contact Centre

SINGAPORE – The industry’s most innovative were all in attendance at the 16th CCAS International Contact Centre Awards were TDCX Singapore was one of the top award recipients.

The awards which were presented at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, are to “honour and recognise the best of the best in our industry,” explained Lena Low, CCAS International Contact Centre Awards Chairman 2016.

For the third consecutive year, TDCX won the Gold award for the Best Outsourced Contact Centre (Above 100 Seats). It also received the Gold award for Best Outsourced Programme/Section Contact Centre and the Customer Experience Mystery Shopper Gold Award, making TDCX the only company to win gold in both the corporate and mystery shopper categories.

The company’s specialist and team leader were also honoured. Julius Bergente Cardillo (left) won the Silver award for Best Contact Centre Quality Assurance Specialist Of The Year and Shailesh Shetty Jaipal (right) won the Bronze award for Best Contact Centre Team Leader Of The Year (Above 100 Seats).

TDCX also took home the People’s Choice in “Life in a Contact Centre” Video Contest which was produced in 5 days by the Singapore staff.

The company’s CEO, Mr Laurent Junique expressed his gratitude to the TDCX staff saying he was “very proud of our team and thank you Angie Tay (Singapore’s Country Director) for these incredible awards once again.” Last year TDCX won 10 awards at the 8th APCCAL Awards, among which was the industry’s coveted Recognition of Performance Excellence.
