Carbon Footprint Verified

TDCX has proudly renewed its Carbon Footprint Verification (ISO 14064-1) from the British Standards Institution (BSI) for a second consecutive year, reinforcing its commitment to reducing its environmental impact and contributing to a more sustainable future. Though the process was challenging considering the different campuses across the globe, the collaboration and teamwork from all involved departments were key to this success. The TDCX team powered through BSI’s hybrid audit process – a series of online meetings, and an actual visit of the TDCX Philippines’ site. This certification not only underscores the company's ongoing dedication to sustainability but also demonstrates its consistency in measuring, reporting, and managing its carbon emissions.

With the ISO 14064-1 certification now secured for another year, TDCX continues to raise the bar for corporate sustainability in the outsourcing industry. 

Excellence in CSR Strategy

At TDCX, Sustainability also embodies our commitment to #BeKinder in the communities where we operate. Our efforts were recently recognized at the HR Excellence Awards 2023, where TDCX bagged the gold award in the category of Excellence in CSR Strategy. The other finalists in the category included Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Makiling Onsen Hotel, Avida Land, Foundever, Genpact Services, and Lenovo Philippines.
